Outlook Rules Wizard Help

Microsoft Outlook has a very powerful built-in utility that allows you to automatically manipulate your Emails.
Below is a VERY brief overview on how to set up a Rule to Move a copy of an incoming email to the Email to SMS folder.
Please see your Microsoft Help File for further information and how to use the Rules Wizard.

1. Click on Tool and Choose Rules Wizard

2. Click on New to create a New Rule and click on Next

3. Select the option Check messages when they arrive and click on Next

4. Select the condition that you want to apply to this Rule and click on Next

5. Select the option of Move a copy to the specified folder where the specified folder is the one you enabled on the Email to SMS option.
Click on Next and then Finished
