• SwiftSMS brings together SMS and Email to communicate with your customers and/or employees. Regular email requires your customers and employees to have access to a computer with an internet connection. With SwiftSMS, all your customers needs is a regular Cellular phone and even when they are mobile, you can still communicate with them !

What is SMS ?

• SMS stands for Short Message Service. It is a method where you can send and receive text messages on cellular phones and personal digital organisers. Messages can be sent to individuals and/ or groups of people.
  Your cellular phone will even notify you that it has received a new SMS !

I have registered and had my free trial - how do I buy more credits ?

• All you need to do is send an email to accounts@swiftsms.co.za. In this email include the following:
  
• User Id that you were given when you registered
• Company name, Address, Vat number
• How many SMS you would like to start with
• Which options you would like - Monthly Subscription or Non-Monthly subscription (see info on prices)
